Common use of Additional Matters Clause in Contracts

Additional Matters. Lender shall have received such other certificates, opinions, documents and instruments relating to the Loan as may have been reasonably requested by Lender. All corporate and other proceedings, all other documents (including all documents referred to in this Agreement and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreement) and all legal matters in connection with the Loan shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.

Additional Matters. Lender shall have received such other certificates, opinions, documents and instruments relating to the Loan as may have been reasonably requested by Lender. All corporate and other organizational proceedings, all other documents (including including, without limitation, all documents referred to in this Agreement herein and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreementhereto) and all legal matters in connection with the Loan shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to LenderLender in its sole and absolute discretion.

Additional Matters. Lender shall have received such other certificates, opinions, documents and instruments relating to the Loan as may have been reasonably requested by Lender. All corporate and other organizational proceedings, all other documents (including including, without limitation, all documents referred to in this Agreement herein and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreementhereto) and all legal matters in connection with the Loan shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.

All , and all corporate and other proceedings, proceedings and all other documents (including including, without limitation, all documents referred to in this Agreement herein and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreementhereto) and all legal matters in connection with the Loan shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Lender.

All requested, and all corporate and other proceedings, proceedings and all other documents (including including, all documents referred to in this Agreement herein and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreementhereto) and all legal matters in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to LenderLender and its counsel.

All corporate and other proceedings, all other documents (including all documents referred to in this Agreement and not appearing as exhibits to this Agreement) and all legal matters in connection with the Loan shall be reasonably satisfactory in form and substance to Initial Lender.
