Additional Member Funding Requests. The Members acknowledge and agree that additional funding for the Roundtable may be required from time to time (each an “Additional Funding Request”). The Board, in its discretion, may make an Additional Funding Request of its Members at any time, provided that, Members shall not be obligated to provide such Additional Funding Request to the Roundtable if such funding is not included in the budgeting process as described in Section 9.2 as additional appropriations of the Members will be required and may not be available at the time of the Additional Funding Request.
