Additional Monthly Reporting Requirements. (a) In connection with any Securitization Transfer, Countrywide shall provide to the Master Servicer prompt notice of the occurrence of any of the following: any Event of Default under the terms of this Agreement, any merger, consolidation or sale of substantially all of the assets of Countrywide, or Countrywide’s engagement of any Subservicer or Subcontractor, to perform or assist in the performance of any of Countrywide’s obligations under this Agreement.
