Common use of Additional Mortgagee Requirements Clause in Contracts

Additional Mortgagee Requirements. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that a potential Mortgagee may request certain modifications or amendments to this Lease, which Landlord will approve in its reasonable discretion. Landlord approves the additional terms in substantially the form as set forth on the following riders: (a) VHDA Lease Rider. Landlord and Tenant will make such reasonable modification or amendments to this Lease as are required by the Virginia Housing Development Authority (“VHDA”) Lease Rider attached hereto as Exhibit E so long as any loan from VHDA secured by the Development remains outstanding. (b) Xxxxxx Xxx and Xxxxxxx Mac. Landlord and Tenant will make such reasonable modifications or amendments to this Lease as are required by Xxxxxx Mae, Xxxxxxx Mac, or any Institutional Lender, or as are required to make the leasehold estate granted hereby financeable.
