Additional Named Insured. All policies, except for workers’ compensation, errors and omissions and professional liability policies, shall contain additional endorsements naming the County and its officers, employees, agents, volunteers and officers as additional named insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of services hereunder.
Additional Named Insured. GBRA shall cause the WCID to be added as an additional named insured on all liability insurance policies or risk pool coverages held by GBRA, specifically including (but not limited to) any liability insurance or risk pool coverage that relates to the Project. Further, if the WCID is granted an undivided ownership interest or contract right in the Initial Improvements pursuant to Section 2.4, then for as long as such undivided ownership interest or contract right exists, GBRA shall cause the WCID to be named as an additional insured on all insurance and risk pool coverages that pertain to the Dam Facilities. All insurance policies shall be endorsed to require that the insurance company provide the WCID with at least thirty (30) days written notice prior to cancelation or modification of such policies.
Additional Named Insured. Liability policies shall name Landlord and the following parties as additional insureds utilizing ISO Endorsement CG 00-00-00-00 or its equivalent (“certificate holder” status is not acceptable): [List names of Additional Insured Entities] Landlord shall be listed as a “loss payee” on property policies.
Additional Named Insured. Landlord, along with any desired mortgagee if required, are to be named as additional named insureds under the policies.
Additional Named Insured. All policies, and/or memoranda of coverage, except Workers’ Compensation, shall contain additional endorsements naming each Party and its officers, employees, agents and volunteers as additional named insured with respect to liabilities arising out of each Party’s performance hereunder.

To the extent set forth in Appendix A, policies for such coverage shall name Newco and/or MSC as an additional insured and/or loss payee and the applicable Party will provide the other Party with copies of endorsements confirming such additional insured and/or loss payee status. All such policies of insurance will be written on a primary basis and shall be non-contributory with respect to any other insurance coverages and/or self-insurance maintained by the other Party.
Additional Named Insured. All policies, except for Worker’s Compensation, shall name on the Certificate of Insurance, the Customer and its officers, employees, agents and volunteers as additional insured with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of Services hereunder. Additional endorsements are not provided.
Additional Named Insured. County shall be named as an additional named insured on Contractor’s General Commercial Liability Insurance with respect to covered claims arising out of the relationship between County and Contractor.
Additional Named Insured. All policies, except for the Workers’ Compensation policy shall contain additional endorsements naming FCERA and its officers, employees, agents, and volunteers as additional insureds with respect to liabilities arising out of the performance of services hereunder. Copies of the endorsements are to be forwarded to FCERA within 30 days of executing this contract.
