Common use of Additional Named Insured Clause in Contracts

Additional Named Insured. All policies, except for Workers’ Compensation, shall contain additional endorsements naming COUNTY and its officers, employees, agents, servants and volunteers as additional insured with respect to liabilities arising out of performance of services.
