Additional Newco Subordinated Guarantors. Each Subsidiary that is required to become a party to this Agreement after the date hereof pursuant to any Loan Document shall become a Newco Subordinated Guarantor for all purposes of this Agreement upon execution and delivery by such Subsidiary of a Newco Subordinated Guarantee [and Collateral] Assumption Agreement in the form of Annex I hereto.
