Common use of Additional Notes Guarantors Clause in Contracts

Additional Notes Guarantors. The Company shall cause each Wholly Owned Restricted Secured Notes Subsidiary that is not an Excluded Subsidiary and that guarantees or becomes a borrower under the Credit Facilities or that guarantees any other indebtedness of the Company or any of the Notes Guarantors to execute and deliver to the Trustee (i) a supplemental indenture substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto pursuant to which such Subsidiary will guarantee payment of the Secured Notes and (ii) joinders to or new Security Documents and take all actions required by the Security Documents to perfect the liens created thereunder.
