Additional Obligations of the Master Servicer. (a) The Master Servicer and the Special Servicer shall each deliver to the other and to the Trustee (for inclusion in the Mortgage File) copies of all Appraisals, environmental reports and engineering reports (or, in each case, updates thereof) obtained with respect to any Mortgaged Property or REO Property.
