Common use of ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS. (a) For the consideration paid at the time of execution of this Agreement, and subject to a separate agreement with the surface landowner, and without any additional consideration to be paid to the Lessor therefore, except as provided below, Lessor hereby grants to Lessee, its successors and assigns, the following rights, which may be exercised at any time or from time to time during the duration of the Lease:
