ADDITIONAL OPERATIONS. (a) Any party may submit a written proposal to (i) drill a new well or xxxxx on any Drilling Site, or (ii) to rework, recomplete or complete any sands which were not completed at the initial completion, deepen or plug back any existing well or xxxxx on a Drilling Site, all subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
