Additional Orders. (a) This clause applies where it is specified in Item 10 of the Order Form that the Customer may place Additional Orders for Services and/or Deliverables within the scope of this Agreement. (b) If, at any time during the Term, the Customer wishes to increase the volume or quantum of Services and/or Deliverables, the Customer may, in its sole discretion, do so by submitting a written notice to the Supplier for those increased Services and/or Deliverables. The written notice will be in the form required by the Customer and will include information relating to the Additional Order, including the number of additional Services and/or Deliverables required. (c) Except to the extent agreed by the parties in writing, any increased Deliverables and/or Services will be supplied for the same rates and charges specified in the Payment Particulars. (d) The parties agree that each time the Customer submits an Additional Order to the Supplier: (i) that Additional Order forms part of this Agreement, and will not constitute a separate contractual relationship between the parties; and (ii) the Supplier must increase the supply of the Deliverables and/or Services in accordance with that Additional Order, subject to any reasonable qualifications specified in Item 10 of the Order Form.
