Common use of Additional Orders Clause in Contracts

Additional Orders. During the Term, Purchaser may request to submit an additional purchase order for additional doses of the Product in writing to Pfizer. Upon written confirmation by Pfizer to Purchaser that Pfizer has additional doses to allocate to Purchaser (which sha l be determined in Pfizer’s sole discretion), and the number of such additional doses of Product, Purchaser may, during the Term, submit to Pfizer a subsequent legally binding and irrevocable Purchase Order (“Additional Order”) which shall be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. 3.
