Additional Partners. (a) Upon the approval of the General Partners, and subject to the following provisions, the Partnership may invite other persons who are not Partners to join the Partnership. Any sale or issuance of Partnership interests will be made in accordance with this Agreement. (b) The purchase price and terms of payment for new or additional Partnership interests will be such as are determined by the General Partners at the time of such acquisition.
