Additional Partnership Interests; Modification of Holding Period. If the Partnership issues Partnership Interests to any Additional Limited Partner pursuant to Article IV, the General Partner shall make such revisions to this Section 8.6 as it determines are necessary to reflect the issuance of such Partnership Interests (including setting forth any restrictions on the exercise of the Unit Redemption Right with respect to such Partnership Interests which differ from those set forth in this Agreement), provided that no such revisions shall materially adversely affect the rights of any other Limited Partner to exercise its Unit Redemption Rights without that Limited Partner’s prior written consent. In addition, the General Partner may, with respect to any holder or holders of Units, at any time and from time to time, as it shall determine in its sole discretion, reduce or waive the length of the period prior to which such holder or holders may not exercise the Unit Redemption Right.
