Additional Party B Representations. Section 3 of this Agreement is hereby amended by the addition of the following representations (which shall be made solely by Party B to Party A):
Additional Party B Representations. Party B hereby represents and warrants to Party A (which representations shall be deemed repeated each time a Transaction is entered into pursuant hereto) that:
(1) the security interests in collateral granted to Party A under the Credit Support Documents shall secure the obligations of Party B to Party A under this Agreement.; and
(2) each transaction entered into hereto is a Hedging Agreement (as such term is defined in the Credit Agreement).
