Additional Pass-Through Cost Items. In addition to the Contract Price, the Joint Board shall, subject to the provisions of Section 12.13, 12.3 and 12.6, reimburse TSP outside the Contract Price for its actual, reasonable direct Costs incurred for the Pass-Through Cost Items listed in Exhibit H, up to the not-to-exceed amounts specified in the annual Budget established pursuant to Section 12.13. All such amounts reimbursable by the Joint Board outside the Contract Price shall be invoiced by TSP pursuant to Sections 12.3 and 12.6 and paid by the Joint Board on a monthly basis in accordance with Section 12.6.
