Additional Past Development Costs. Promptly after EPIZYME’s exercise of the Profit-Sharing Option with respect to a Licensed Compound, EISAI shall provide EPIZYME with information on all Out-of-Pocket Costs incurred by EISAI prior to EPIZYME’s exercise of such Profit-Sharing Option to the extent such information was not already provided to EPIZYME under Section 2.4 or Section 6.1.2 above.
