Additional Payment Following the Protected Period. If you remain employed by the Company (which includes any affiliate of the Company) after the Protected Period, in the event that during the "Extended Protection Period" (as defined below) following the Protected Period your employment is Terminated by the Company not for Cause or Terminated by you for Modified Good Reason (as defined in this Section 3(g)), you will be entitled to the payments and benefits under Section 3(b) except that the additional payments under Section 3(b)(i) will be equal to 1.5 times Annual Compensation. For purposes of this Section 3(g), the "Extended Protection Period" means the period from the end of the Protected Period until the close of business on the first anniversary of the end of the Protected Period, provided that the Extended Protection Period will be automatically renewed for successive one-year periods unless either party hereto gives written notice of non-renewal to the other party at least ninety (90) days prior
