Common use of Additional Payments by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Additional Payments by the Borrower. The Borrower will pay, or cause to be paid, in addition to the payments provided for in Section 5.02(a) hereof, all of the expenses of operation of the portions of the Project including, without limitation, the cost of all necessary and proper repairs, replacements and renewals made pursuant to Section 5.05 hereof and premiums for insurance pursuant to Section 5.06 hereof.
