Additional Payments by the Trust. The Trust shall, no later than one (1) Business Day before the date upon which the Acquisition Payment is required to be paid pursuant to Article 3, pay to the Escrow Agent such amount, if any, as will be sufficient to allow the Escrow Agent to pay in full the Acquisition Payment as is required under the circumstances.
