Common use of Additional Permitted Indebtedness Clause in Contracts

Additional Permitted Indebtedness. Sub-section 1.01(91) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the word "and" found at the end of Sub-section 1.01(91)(xiii), (ii) by deleting the period found at the end of Sub-section 1.01(91)(xiv) and replacing such period with a semi-colon, and (iii) by adding the following as Sub-section 1.01(91)(xv) immediately following Sub-section 1.01(91)(xiv):
