Tender Prices and discounts 13.1 The prices quoted by the Tenderer in the Form of Tender and in the Price, Schedules shall conform to the requirements specified below.
Price and Payment Terms 3.1 In consideration of the provision of Services by Provider as may be requested by the Trust pursuant to a SOW, and subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Trust will pay Provider the SOW Agreement Amount or SOW Fees as defined in and set forth in each executed SOW (or SOW Modification Memorandum issued by the Trust) for the Services expressly authorized in each such SOW.
PAYMENT TERMS/DISCOUNTS The County’s payment terms are in accordance with Florida Statute 218, Local Government Prompt Payment Act. Cash discounts for prompt payment shall not be considered in determining the lowest net cost for bid evaluation purposes.
