—ADDITIONAL PRODUCT REQUEST. OCD may, in its sole discretion and from time to time, request SNBTS to supply a Product in accordance with the terms of this Umbrella Agreement. Following such request, the parties shall negotiate and agree upon the terms of a Product Attachment for such Product, which shall be attached hereto and made part of this Umbrella Agreement.
