Additional Products & Services. Household and/or any of its Affiliates may at any time, whether during or after the term of this Agreement and whether the Accounts are owned by Household, solicit Cardholders for any other credit cards or other types of accounts or financial products or insurance services offered by Household and/or any of its Affiliates.

Additional Products & Services. Uber Group and/or third parties may from time to time offer to the Subscriber, via the Uber Group Equipment, additional products or services for which the Subscriber may be charged additional fees either by Uber Group or by a third party. If the Subscriber or any member of the Subscriber’s household accepts any such offer, then the Subscriber shall abide by any additional terms that are applicable and pay the additional fees to Uber Group, or to the applicable third party, for the products or services that have been accepted, as required.
Additional Products & Services. During the Term of this Agreement and with Bank’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, Program Manager shall be permitted to offer and market, consistent with Applicable Law and the Privacy Policy, additional products and services that are not included in an existing Program, including, without limitation, third party products and services, to all or a portion of existing Cardholders.
Additional Products & Services. The Member acknowledges that the Network Administrator or its affiliates may on occasion offer products or services through solicitations via mail, email, telephone (including automated dialing equipment and artificial and prerecorded messages), facsimile machine and other medium. Although not required as a condition of membership, the Member hereby consents and expressly requests to receive such solicitations and advertisements from the Network Administrator and its affiliates, at the telephone and facsimile number(s), and mailing and email address(es) provided by the Member to the Network Administrator. The Member acknowledges that such consent and request to receive solicitations continues, whether or not the Network Participation Agreement is terminated or expires, for the maximum period of time permitted by law or until the Member expressly withdraws such consent and request.
Additional Products & Services. CureMD may, upon notice fifteen (15) days’ notice to the Licensee, charge additional fees for any additional products / services, Third Party Services and products, network access, connectivity solutions, subscription services, tools, knowledge bases, data bases and libraries, etc. not originally included in this Agreement and to which Licensee gains access to.
Additional Products & Services. (a) Household and/or any of its Affiliates may at any time, whether during or after the term of this Agreement and whether or not the Accounts are owned by Household, solicit Cardholders for deposit accounts, credit cards or other types of loan accounts or other financial or insurance services or products offered by Household and/or any of its Affiliates; provided, however, that such solicitations shall not be targeted exclusively or substantially exclusively to Merchants' customers and Household shall not use any of Merchants' Marks in any such solicitation. Except as provided above, Household will not, during the term of this Agreement, or for ninety (90) days after the effective date of termination of this Agreement, in the event the Accounts are purchased pursuant to SECTION 16D. hereof, use, sell, license or rent the Cardholder List, except in connection with the administration of the program as provided in this Agreement. (b) Merchants may at any time, whether during or after the term of this Agreement solicit Cardholders for products and services other than deposit accounts, credit cards or other types of loan accounts except that if Merchants purchase the Accounts pursuant to SECTION 16D. hereof, Merchants may also solicit such Cardholders for deposit accounts, credit cards, or other types of loan accounts, provided that Merchants shall not use Household's name in any such solicitation.
Additional Products & Services. The Parties hereby agree to act in good faith and use commercially reasonable efforts to amend the existing Agreement within sixty (60) days of the date hereof to include additional products/services, including charges for such products/services. Such an amendment shall be subject to mutual agreement by the Parties. Further, as part of this effort towards defining and providing additional products/services, the parties agree to act in good faith to scope out the following products/services currently requested by GFTC: a) customization of execution quality reports for GTFC trades; b) participation in business development or referral programs; c) provision of additional general marketing consulting services and programs (does not include expenses for reproduction of marketing materials); d) consultation and implementation of new TOA workflows; and e) consultation and implementation of 401k distribution strategies.

However, Company agrees not to use the name, logo, or service mxxx of Merchant or any of its Affiliates in such solicitations without the prior written consent of Merchant.
