Additional Professional Development Clause Samples

The "Additional Professional Development" clause outlines the terms under which an employee may participate in training or educational activities beyond those already required by their role. Typically, this clause specifies the types of development opportunities covered, such as workshops, courses, or certifications, and may address whether the employer will provide financial support or paid time off for such activities.
