Additional Professional Services. Customer may purchase additional services or order deliverables from HiveMQ by executing a separate Quote referencing this Agreement and Annex B. Such services are subject to further terms and conditions set forth in each Quote. The fees per Person Day shall be determined in each applicable Quote.
Additional Professional Services. 1. Revision of the contract plans, and specifications and work occasioned by the need, request or act of the Developer related thereto.
Additional Professional Services. If authorized in writing by the OWNER, WESSLER agrees to furnish, or obtain from others, Additional Professional Services in conjunction with the PROJECT, as set forth below:
Additional Professional Services. District agrees to provide or authorize additional professional services (e.g., legal counsel, paying agent) as Advisor deems reasonably necessary to complete the Consulting Services and the Bond issuance.
Additional Professional Services. 4.1 The services described in this Article 4 are not included in Basic Services unless so identified in Article 12, but, may be required for the proper completion of the project and the Architect shall be entitled to payment in addition to the compensation for Basic Services and pursuant to Section 11.3. The Architect shall also be entitled to an appropriate adjustment in the approved schedule. The services described under Paragraphs 4.2 and 4.4 shall only be provided if authorized or confirmed in writing by the Owner. If services described under Contingent Additional Services in Paragraph 4.3 are required due to circumstances beyond the Architect’s control, the Architect shall notify the Owner prior to commencing such services. If the Owner deems that such services described under Paragraph 4.3 are not required, the Owner shall give immediate written notice to the Architect. If the Owner indicates in writing that all or part of such Contingent Additional Services are not required, the Architect shall have no obligation to provide those services and shall have no liability to the Owner, the Owner’s agents, servants, employees, or contractors for delay or damages caused because of the lack of those services.
Additional Professional Services. 6.1 Scope. Customer may purchase supplemental professional services for an additional fee. Fees related to such services will be set forth in a statement of work signed by both parties. If no fee is stated, then services will be provided at Service Provider’s standard rate for equivalent services in effect at the time the statement of work is executed. For clarity, if any services are explicitly included in the Support Level selected by Customer, then such services do not require payment of an additional fee.
Additional Professional Services. Additional Professional Services outside the scope provided in the Sales Order and/or SOW, including any services provided to remedy any Software support or performance issues caused by or resulting from Client’s failure to comply with Client’s responsibilities as provided in the Yoga Flexible Software License and Service Agreement, are provided at RPI’s then-current rates. Any additional Professional Services or modification of Professional Services will require written project change request or additional SOW signed by RPI and Client prior to the commencement of such Professional Services, such project change request or additional SOW which will provide the fees for such Professional Services.
Additional Professional Services. Client may elect from time-to-time to obtain from SaaS Provider Professional Services relating to the Application Platform that are in addition to the SaaS Services including, customized user training, specialized support, integration, enhancements, and development pursuant to a Statement of Work (each, a “SOW”). Each SOW will describe the fees, costs and expenses payable by Client to SaaS Provider and any assumptions or dependencies relating to such Professional Services.
Additional Professional Services. Customer may engage Nuggets to perform the Additional Professional Services described in the Order Form. During the Term, if Customer wishes to en- gage Nuggets to perform additional professional services beyond those described in the Order Form, the Parties will enter into a separate, statements of work that specify: (a) the specific professional services to be furnished by Nuggets, including a description of features, function- ality, deliverables and specifications; (b) the schedule and/or milestones; (c) applicable fees and payment terms; and (d) any other applicable terms and conditions.
Additional Professional Services. If additional work beyond the scope of contracted services is required or if the Client requests additional work outside the original SOW then a change order will be produced with the hours required/requested at the current hourly rate.
