Additional Project Documents; Additional Costs. The Company will not and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to enter into any Other Project Document, or otherwise incur any other obligation, without the prior written consent of the Required Holders, unless the monetary and non-monetary obligations under such Other Project Documents could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
Additional Project Documents; Additional Costs. The Company will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into any Other Project Document, or otherwise incur any other obligation or expend any amount in respect of Costs, without the prior consent of the Required Lenders, unless (i) the monetary obligations of the Company or such Subsidiary under such Other Project Document or the incurrence of such obligation or the expenditure of such amount, as the case may be, together with any additional Costs resulting from any action under this Section or Section 8.04, would not cause the aggregate Costs for the Budget Period to exceed the Approved Budget Amount or (ii) the performance by the Company or such Subsidiary of any non-monetary obligations under such Other Project Document could not reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
