Additional Property Constituting a Part of the Project. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, after the Completion Date, the Company may elect to have any real or personal property, machinery, equipment, furniture or fixtures acquired at the sole cost of the Company included as part of the Project by delivering to the Trustee and the Issuer written notice of the Company’s election to have such property included as part of the Project. Upon the filing of such written notice with the Trustee and the Issuer, such property specified in said notice shall become a part of the Project, up to a total cost of $10,000,000.
