Additional Property in Allocation Area. In the event it is determined by the Parties that the Project necessitates additional areas for inclusion in one or more the Allocation Areas, or to be designated as a separate allocation area, the Town Bodies will consider the agreed upon designation, subject to the statutory required approvals of the Commission, the Avon Plan Commission and the Avon Town Council.
