Common use of Additional proposals Clause in Contracts

Additional proposals. Subject to Clause 11 if the Company at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desires to produce more than 5,500,000 tonnes of iron ore per annum for transportation from the mining lease or to significantly modify expand or otherwise vary its activities carried on pursuant to this Agreement beyond those activities specified in any approved proposals it shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months thereafter shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (m) of subclause (1) of Clause 7 as the Minister may require.
