Common use of Additional proposals Clause in Contracts

Additional proposals. If the Joint Venturers at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desire to expand their activities beyond those specified in any approved proposals they will give notice of such desire to the Minister and within two (2) months thereafter will submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (m) of Section 5.02 as the Minister may require. The provisions of Clauses V and VI shall mutatis mutandis apply to detailed proposals submitted pursuant to this Section save that the provisions of Section 5.05 shall not apply.

If the Joint Venturers at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desire to significantly modify expand or otherwise vary their activities beyond those specified in carried on pursuant to any approved proposals they will shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within two (2) 2 months thereafter will shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (mk) of Section 5.02 subclause (1) of Clause 6 as the Minister may require. The provisions of Clauses V and VI shall mutatis mutandis apply to detailed proposals submitted pursuant to this Section save that the provisions of Section 5.05 shall not apply.
