Common use of Additional proposals Clause in Contracts

Additional proposals. 10. (1) If the Partnership at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desires to significantly modify expand or otherwise vary its activities carried on pursuant to any approved proposals it shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months thereafter shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (o) of subclause (1) of Clause 7 as the Minister may require.

(1) If the Partnership Joint Venturers at any time during the continuance of this Agreement desires desire to significantly modify expand or otherwise vary its their activities carried on pursuant to any approved proposals it they shall give notice of such desire to the Minister and within 2 months thereafter shall submit to the Minister detailed proposals in respect of all matters covered by such notice and such of the other matters mentioned in paragraphs (a) to (ok) of subclause (1) of Clause 7 6 as the Minister may require.
