Except as set forth below, the terms and conditions of the Agreement apply to Small Business OnLine Banking. Without limiting the foregoing, defined terms have the meaning set forth in the above Agreement, except as noted otherwise. In the event of inconsistency with respect to the account covered by the Service described in this section, this section shall prevail.
