Additional Provisions Concerning AML Compliance Officer and Identity Theft Officer. It is mutually agreed and acknowledged by the Parties that the Identity Theft Officer and AML Compliance Officer provided by the Service Provider under the provisions of this Schedule 2 will be executive officers of each Trust. Each such designation shall be subject to the approval of the Boards.
