Additional Provisions Regarding Restrictive Covenants and Exclusivity. (a) The Parties agree that the restrictions contained in Sections 7.4, 7.5, 7.8 and 13.6(i) are reasonable and necessary for the protection of the Parties’ and their Affiliates’ respective confidential information and business, that such restrictions are reasonable in all the circumstances and that the Parties would not have entered into this Agreement without the protections afforded to them under Sections 7.4, 7.5, 7.8 and 13.6(i).
