Additional Public Information. Either Lessee will promptly ----------------------------- furnish to Owner Participant and Owner Trustee (and Indenture Trustee so long as the Lien of the Indenture remains in effect), all such reports and financial statements as General Motors Corporation shall send or make available to the holders of General Motors Class H common stock and all public filings made with the SEC in respect of such Class H common stock.
Additional Public Information. Lessee will promptly furnish to ----------------------------- Owner Participant and Owner Trustee, and to Agent so long as any Notes are outstanding, upon the written request of the applicable Person, (i) all such reports and financial statements as General Motors Corporation shall send or make available to the holders of General Motors Class H common stock, (ii) all public filings made with the SEC in respect of such Class H common stock and (iii) any of the foregoing that may be sent or made directly by Guarantor or Lessee with respect to any capital stock of Guarantor or Lessee in the future.
