Additional Real Estate Matters. To the extent obtained by Seller from the Mortgagor or the underlying obligor relating to any Eligible Asset at the origination of the Eligible Asset, Seller shall have delivered to Buyer such other real estate related certificates and documentation as may have been requested by Buyer, such as (i) certificates of occupancy and letters certifying that the property is in compliance with all applicable zoning laws, each issued by the appropriate Governmental Authority and (ii) abstracts of all leases in effect at the real property relating to such Eligible Asset.
