Additional Remedies; Waiver. The rights and remedies of Landlord set forth herein shall be in addition to any other right and remedy now and hereinafter provided by law. All rights and remedies of Landlord shall be cumulative and non-exclusive of each other. No delay or omission by Landlord in exercising a right or remedy shall exhaust or impair the same or constitute a waiver of, or acquiescence to, a default.
