Additional Rent Exclusions. Nothing herein contained in this Lease shall require Tenant to pay municipal, state, or federal income taxes assessed against Landlord, municipal, state or federal capital levy, excess profits, gift, estate, succession, inheritance or transfer taxes of Landlord, or corporation franchise or income taxes imposed upon Landlord.
