Additional Rent from Subsidies. Nothing herein shall be construed to prevent the Developer from collecting additional rental subsidy or rental-related payment from any federal or District of Columbia agency paid to the Developer and/or the Affordable Unit Tenant, or on behalf of an Affordable Unit Tenant, to the extent receipt of such payment is otherwise in compliance with the requirements of this Covenant. Such rental subsidy or rental-related payment shall be included in the calculation to determine if a tenant is a Qualified Tenant.
