Common use of Additional Rent Payment Clause in Contracts

Additional Rent Payment. Additional Rent may be paid directly to the person to whom it is owed, with notice to the City or, if applicable, to the City at the place provided for in Section 23.13 hereof in lawful money of the United States of America by good check or, at the City’s request, by wire transfer. A xxxx for Additional Rent payable to the City sent by first class mail to the address to which Notices are to be given under this Ground Lease shall be deemed a proper demand for the payment of the amounts set forth therein.
