Additional Reports by Trustee and by Servicer. (a) The Trustee shall report to the Depositor, the Servicer and the Certificate Insurer with respect to the amount then held in each Account (including investment earnings accrued or scheduled to accrue) held by the Trustee and the identity of the investments included therein, as the Depositor, the Servicer or the Certificate Insurer may from time to time request in writing. (b) From time to time, at the request of the Certificate Insurer, the Trustee shall report to the Certificate Insurer with respect to its actual knowledge, without independent investigation, of any breach of any of the representations or warranties relating to individual Mortgage Loans set forth in the Purchase and Sale Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement or in Section 3.1 or 3.2 hereof.
