Additional Reports Upon Request. The Municipality shall, upon UCPR’s request in writing, collect such information and provide such additional reports as UCPR may specify from time to time during the Term of this Agreement. The Municipality shall provide any additional reports within ten (10) Business Days of the request, unless the request provides otherwise.
