Additional Representations and Warranties of the Custodian. (1) The Custodian hereby represents and warrants that the information set forth in the Prospectus Supplement relating to the Certificates, dated March 27, 2007, under the caption "The Pooling and Servicing Agreement - Custodial Arrangements" (the "Custodian Disclosure") does not contain any untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact required to be stated therein or necessary in order to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
