In addition to the representations, warranties and covenants set forth in Section 3 hereof, the following representations, warranties and covenants shall be added to Section 3.3 of the Mortgage immediately following Section 3.3(dd) of the Mortgage, all of which representations, warranties and covenants Borrower represents, warrants and covenants to Lender are true, complete and correct as of the date of this Agreement:
