Common use of Additional Requirements and Provisions Clause in Contracts

Additional Requirements and Provisions. Notwithstanding the approval by the Town of the plans and drawings described in Schedule "B" the parties agree that the additional requirements referred to in Schedule "C", (if any) shall apply to the development of the Lands in addition to the information shown on the Approved Plan(s) and in the event of a conflict between the provisions of the Approved Plans and Schedule β€œC” then the provisions of the latter shall prevail.
