Additional Requirements for General and Automobile Coverage. Commercial General Liability and Commercial Automobile Liability insurance policies shall: (a) Name as additional insured City and its officers, agents and employees. (b) Provide that such policies are primary insurance to any other insurance available to the Additional Insureds, with respect to any claims arising out of this Agreement, and that insurance applies separately to each insured against whom claim is made or suit is brought, except with respect to limits of liability.
