Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder to: 3.6.1. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Holder's Personal Data by PIR and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails. 3.6.3. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.4. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, and further to acknowledge that PIR has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceeding; and 3.6.5. acknowledge and agree that PIR reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIR, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.

In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder to: 3.6.1. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Holder's Personal Data by PIR and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; 3.6.3. submit to proceedings commenced under PIR’s Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy (“RDRP”), available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/main.aspx?itemID=2246 ; 3.6.4. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.43.6.5. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RDRP, the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, and further to acknowledge that PIR has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RDRP, the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceeding; andof 3.6.53.6.6. acknowledge and agree that PIR reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(sname bundles(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIR, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement (5) as part of Validation procedures or (56) to correct mistakes made by PIR or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute. 3.6.7. acknowledge and agree that Registered Name Holders are prohibited from distributing malware, abusively operating botnets, phishing, piracy, trademark or copyright infringement, fraudulent or deceptive practices, counterfeiting or otherwise engaging in activity contrary to applicable law, and further, that consistent with applicable law and any related procedures, any prohibited activity described herein may result in remedial measures including, but not limited to, the denial, cancellation or transfer of any registration or transaction, the placement of or more registry lock functions on any domain name and the suspension of the domain name.

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.52.1, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name HolderRegistrant, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder Registrant to: 3.6.1. a. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name HolderRegistrant's Personal Data by PIR and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6handling of personal data; 3.6.2. b. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; 3.6.3. c. Submit to proceedings commenced under PIR’s Restrictions Dispute Resolution Policy (“RDRP”), available at xxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/main.aspx?itemID=2246 ; d. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.4. ; e. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RDRP, the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, and further to acknowledge that PIR has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RDRP, the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of any dispute resolution proceeding; and 3.6.5. acknowledge f. Acknowledge and agree that PIR reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; any (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; ; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; ; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIR, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; ; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or agreement (5) as part of Validation procedures or (6) to correct mistakes made by PIR or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute. g. Acknowledge and agree that Registrants are prohibited from distributing

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5Section 1, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name HolderRegistrant, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder Registrant to: 3.6.13.1. consent Consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name HolderRegistrant's Personal Data by PIR Registry Operator and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6;agents. 3.6.23.2. submit Submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("UDRP"), the Uniform Rapid Suspension (“URS”), or any other dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration mechanism imposed by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.ICANN and/or organized by Registry Operator; and 3.6.33.3. immediately Immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name;, including Personal Data associated therewith; Operator; and 3.6.43.4. agree Agree to be bound by the terms Terms and conditions Conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs and Sunrise period, Landrush period, the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoSunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, and further to acknowledge that PIR Registry Operator has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and Sunrise period or the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoLandrush period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceeding; anda sunrise registration; 3.6.53.5. acknowledge Acknowledge and agree that PIR Registry Operator reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable lawsApplicable Laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRRegistry Operator, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR Registry Operator or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR Registry Operator also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.; and

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder to: 3.6.1. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Holder's Personal Data by PIR RNTD and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6this Agreement, including without limitation Subsections 2.6 and 3.2; 3.6.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (RPMs“UDRP”) and/or Uniform Rapid Suspension (“URS”), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; and 3.6.3. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.4. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLDTLD as published by RNTD from time to time, including without limitation the RPMs any sunrise period, limited registration period, or land rush period, and the dispute resolution procedures relating theretopolicies and rights protection mechanisms mandated by ICANN or RNTD for the TLD (including without limitation the Trademark Clearinghouse), and further to acknowledge that PIR RNTD has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and sunrise period, limited registration period, land rush period or other period associated with the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoinitial launch of the Registry TLD, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceedingprocess regarding a registration; and 3.6.5. acknowledge and agree that PIR RNTD reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRRNTD, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement agreement; (5) for the non-payment of fees by Registrar, including without limitation pursuant to the terms of any Credit Facility (as defined in Section 4.4) or (56) to correct mistakes made by PIR RNTD or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR RNTD also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder to: 3.6.1. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name HolderXxxxxx's Personal Data by PIR Afilias and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (RPMs"UDRP"), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; and 3.6.3. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.4. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions conditons of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs sunrise period and the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, and the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, and further to acknowledge that PIR Afilias has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and sunrise period or the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceedinga sunrise registration; and 3.6.5. acknowledge and agree that PIR Afilias reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRAfilias, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR Afilias or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR Afilias also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Item Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Item Holder to: 3.6.1. consent Certify that to the best of their knowledge, the Registered Item is registered in compliance with the .name Eligibility Requirements. 3.6.2. Consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Item Holder's Personal Data by PIR VNDS and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.23.6.3. submit Submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (RPMs"UDRP"), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; and 3.6.33.6.4. immediately Immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name Item during the registration term for the Registered NameItem; 3.6.43.6.5. agree Agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs sunrise period and the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, and the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, and further to acknowledge that PIR VNDS has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and sunrise period or the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name Item during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceedinga sunrise registration; and 3.6.53.6.6. acknowledge Acknowledge and agree that PIR VNDS reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(sRegistered Item(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, or additionally for SLD email forwarding implement throttling/blocking and/or size limitations, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRVNDS, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR VNDS or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.a

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5Sections 5.5, 5.7, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name HolderRegistration Agreement, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Holder each Registrant to: 3.6.15.9.1. consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name HolderRegistrant's Personal Data by PIR RO and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6Section 4.4, including data escrow requirements as determined by ICANN;. 3.6.25.9.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (RPMs"UDRP"), includingand submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's Uniform Rapid Suspension System ("URS"), without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.under ICANN's related rules; and 3.6.35.9.3. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.45.9.4. when applicable agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs sunrise period and the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, the procedure and process for compliance with the ICANN Trademark Clearing house and any Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, and further to acknowledge that PIR RO has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and sunrise period or the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceedinga sunrise registration; and 3.6.55.9.5. acknowledge and agree that PIR RO reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRRO , as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employeesemployees and those of CentralNic; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement Registration Agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR RO or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR RO also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute. RO will provide Registrar notice via EPP command, email or phone call of any cancelation, transfers, changes or registry lock made to any registration by RO ( in respect of a domain sponsored by the Registrar).

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. In addition to the provisions of Subsection 3.5, in its registration agreement with each Registered Name Item Holder, Registrar shall require such Registered Name Item Holder to: 3.6.1. consent Certify that to the best of their knowledge, the Registered Item is registered in compliance with the .name Eligibility Requirements. 3.6.2. Consent to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Item Holder's Personal Data by PIR GNR and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.23.6.3. submit Submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (RPMs"UDRP"), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails.; and 3.6.33.6.4. immediately Immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name Item during the registration term for the Registered NameItem; 3.6.43.6.5. agree Agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs sunrise period and the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, and the Sunrise Dispute Resolution Policy, and further to acknowledge that PIR GNR has no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and sunrise period or the dispute resolution procedures relating theretoland rush period, including, without limitation: (a) the ability or inability of a registrant to obtain a Registered Name Item during these periods, and (b) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceedinga sunrise registration; and 3.6.53.6.6. acknowledge Acknowledge and agree that PIR GNR reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(sRegistered Item(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, or additionally for SLD email forwarding implement throttling/blocking and/or size limitations, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIRGNR, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR GNR or any Registrar in connection with a domain name Registered Item registration. PIR GNR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name Registered Item during resolution of a dispute.

Additional Requirements for Registration Agreement. PIR Afilias also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a dispute.

In addition to requiring a registration agreement with the provisions described in Subsection 3.4 of Subsection 3.5this Agreement, in its before the Registry Operator will accept applications for registration from Registrar, Registrar's registration agreement (see Subsection 3.3 of this Agreement) with each Registered Name Holder must include, at a minimum, the following representations, warranties, agreements, and certifications by the Registered Name Holder: a) Represent and Warrant that the data provided in the domain name registration application is true, Registrar shall require such correct, up to date, and complete; The registrant will at all times during the term of its registration keep the information provided above up to date; b) Represent and warrant that the registration satisfies the applicable .pro restrictions at the time of registration; c) Represent and warrant that the registration satisfies the digital security requirements stated in Appendix L of the Registry Agreement; d) Agree to be subject to the Qualification Challenge Policy and the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (the "UDRP"); e) Agree not to make any representation to any person or entity that expressly or impliedly convey that the registration of the Registered Name in any way signifies or indicates that the Registered Name Holder possesses any general or specific professional qualifications, including, but not limited to:, professional qualifications in a particular field; 3.6.1. consent f) Certify that the Registered Name Holder has the authority to enter into the registration agreement; g) For applications during the Sunrise Period, certify that the registration qualifies for a Sunrise Registration, as set forth in Appendix J of the Registry Agreement. h) Agree to the use, copying, distribution, publication, modification and other processing of Registered Name Holder's Personal Data by PIR Registry Operator and its designees and agents in a manner consistent with the purposes specified pursuant to Subsection 2.6; 3.6.2. submit to proceedings commenced under ICANN's dispute resolution procedures relating to Rights Protection Mechanisms (RPMs), including, without limitation, the obligation to handle payments for renewals or restoration by the Complainant in any proceeding in cases where the Complainant prevails2.6 of this Agreement. 3.6.3. immediately correct and update the registration information for the Registered Name during the registration term for the Registered Name; 3.6.4. agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the initial launch of the i) Acknowledge that Registry TLD, including without limitation the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, and further to acknowledge that PIR has Operator will have no liability of any kind for any loss or liability resulting from the proceedings and processes relating to the RPMs and the dispute resolution procedures relating thereto, Sunrise Period including, without limitation: (ai) the ability or inability of a any registrant to obtain a Registered Name during these periods, and (bii) the results of any dispute over the outcome of dispute resolution proceeding; and 3.6.5. acknowledge and agree that PIR reserves the right to deny, cancel or transfer any registration or transaction, or place any domain name(s) on registry lock, hold or similar status, that it deems necessary, in its discretion; (1) to protect the integrity and stability of the registry; (2) to comply with any applicable laws, government rules or requirements, requests of law enforcement, or any dispute resolution process; (3) to avoid any liability, civil or criminal, on the part of PIR, as well as its affiliates, subsidiaries, officers, directors, and employees; (4) per the terms of the registration agreement or (5) to correct mistakes made by PIR or any Registrar in connection with a domain name registration. PIR also reserves the right to place upon registry lock, hold or similar status a domain name during resolution of a disputeSunrise Registration.
