Additional Restaurants; Relocation Sample Clauses

Additional Restaurants; Relocation. Fuddruckers may add one or more Restaurant Grills to this Agreement by written agreement signed in each case by both Fuddruckers and LSF prior to opening of the Grill for such Restaurant. Fuddruckers will not relocate a Grill or any other part of the program from any of the Restaurants without the prior written consent of LSF, which consent will not be unreasonably withheld.
